About the Role




As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the Myaree store. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the business
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, productivity, and store presentation standards
- Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control
- Delivering exceptional customer service across every department
- Assisting with rostering, compliance, and store administration
- Building strong relationships with local Myaree customers and the community

About You

- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail
- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people
- Robust commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail environment
- A true passion for fresh food, quality products, and outstanding customer service
