We're looking for a Data Scientist with a strong software engineering mindset who can take solutions from concept through to deployment. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on applying machine learning, neural networks, and optimisation techniques to solve complex real-world business challenges.

You'll work on forecasting, optimisation, and advanced machine learning applications within operational and industrial environments, delivering robust solutions that create measurable business value.

What We're Looking For

- Strong Computer Science, Software development background, with the ability to build and deploy production-ready solutions, not just develop
- Deep expertise in neural networks, particularly their application to time series forecasting and prediction in industrial or real-world environments.
- Strong mathematical optimisation skills. This is a core requirement, with several optimisation-focused projects to support




- Solid software development and programming skills, with a practical, engineering-focused approach to problem-solving
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake is preferred
- Hands-on and delivery-focused, with a preference for staying close to the technical work. We're looking for someone who wants to build solutions, not a Lead or Principal
