Role Details

- Female Support Worker preferred
- Provide person-centred support and assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and community participation
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant
About You
- Previous Support Work or Disability Support experience is preferred but not essential
- Candidates without experience or formal qualifications are welcome to apply
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Positive communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant checks and certifications are preferred where required
