The Role: Grafton | Casual | Care Service Employee

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities

- - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
- Able to do night shifts
- Must have a full working rights
