Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple maintenance and upgrade projects across various sites.
- Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, policies,



and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Liaise with client representatives and key stakeholders regarding project delivery and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Monitor project performance and support the achievement of delivery targets.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all worksites.

Highly Desirable

- Knowledge of the building industry and government works.
- Previous experience within Government, Local Government, State Government or public infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing construction and engineering contracts on complex projects.
