In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of construction, maintenance and upgrade projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade projects.
- Manage and coordinate office staff, field staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee project resources including plant, equipment, depots and vehicles.
- Monitor project progress, expenditure, quality and timeframes.




- Provide contract supervisory services on construction and engineering contracts.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and provide project updates, reports and performance information to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Support the ongoing development, performance and conduct management of staff.

Highly Desirable

- Knowledge of the building industry and government works.
- Previous experience within Government, Local Government, State Government or public infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing construction and engineering contracts on complex projects.
