Working closely with our valued building and construction Trade customers, and becoming part of our collaborative, retail store environment, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve strong commercial results.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a rotating roster, including some weekend work.

Responsibilities

You will be the go-to contact for a portfolio of Trade customers, encompassing:

- Building and strengthening customer relationships with our existing customer base
- Growing sales and maximising opportunities across our building products
- Understanding customer needs and recommending practical, fit for purpose solutions
- Following up enquiries, quotes and opportunities to help convert sales
- Contributing to a positive, professional and safety-first team culture

About you

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, practical and customer-focused, with the confidence to build relationships and the commercial mindset to turn opportunities into sales. You'll likely bring;

- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably from within the outdoors, building or hardware sectors
- A genuine passion for Trade sales and customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with customers at all levels
- Good computer literacy
