Our client is a large healthcare organisation in Victoria.

The Role

Reporting into the GM of People & Culture and with support from a wider P&C; team, they are looking for an experienced operator to support with the delivery of consultations and ER focused investigations. Experience working with unions is highly desirable.

This is a temporary assignment to commence ASAP for approximately 5 weeks, working full time (or 0.8 would be considered), with a hybrid mode offered (3 days in & 2 from home per week).

Duties

- Lead workplace investigation consultations, reviewing relevant information to support consistent and effective case management processes.
- Accurately document all consultations and partner with leaders to provide advice and determine appropriate next steps.
- Act as a key point of contact for union correspondence and coordinate union meetings as required.

Your Profile

- Previous experience leading ER consultations & investigations - essential
- Previous experience liaising with unions - essential




- Previous experience within Healthcare - desirable
- A relevant HR qualification
