The Director Administration Services RBWH will report to the Executive Director RBWH and will assume the responsibility of strategic leadership and management of Administrative Services for the hospital and is a member of the RBWH Executive.

This role focuses on enabling high‑performing administrative teams, coordinating with clinical and operational directors, representing RBWH on community and state‑wide committees, and negotiating with Administrative Unions to secure effective workplace
