You'll become part of a collaborative and energetic team within a premium showroom environment, working closely with the broader support office and having a genuine opportunity to contribute ideas and customer insight back to the business.

THE ROLE

n

We are looking for energetic and commercially driven Showroom Sales Consultants for multiple NSW locations, including Sydney Inner City, the Northern Beaches and Sutherland Shire.

n

These are customer-facing sales roles for individuals who enjoy building relationships, understanding what customers are looking for and confidently guiding them towards the right solution.

n

The roles are offered on a part-time basis, approximately 3 days per week.

n

You'll be working within a highly visual, design-led showroom environment, representing a premium furniture offering and playing a key role in converting customer interest into sales.

n

The role is heavily focused on sales and customer experience, with dedicated teams across the wider business supporting operational functions, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most: with customers and driving revenue.

DAY-TO-DAY

n

- Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging showroom experience
n
- Build strong rapport and understand individual customer needs, preferences and requirements
n
- Guide customers through the product range and confidently recommend suitable options
n




- Manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to conversion
n
- Follow up quotes and customer enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
n
- Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products and increase sales
n
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
n
- Maintain robust product knowledge across furniture, finishes, options and availability
n
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries across face-to-face, phone and email channels
n
- Maintain a polished, organised and inspiring showroom environment
n
- Work closely with the wider business and support office, sharing customer feedback and insights
n
- Contribute positively to a high-energy, collaborative showroom team
n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

n

- Previous experience in a sales role is essential
n
- A proven ability to build rapport, influence customers and convert opportunities
n
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine desire to achieve sales results
n
- Confident, polished and engaging communication style
n
- High energy, initiative and a proactive approach
n
- Strong customer service instincts and a solutions-focused mindset
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
n
- Furniture, interiors, homewares or design experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
