Job Description

Hastings People is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for a premium rooftop venue in Melbourne. You will lead day-to-day operations, support the adjoining dining concept and event spaces, and ensure consistent service standards across multiple areas of the business.

This role suits an experienced hospitality leader comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments, with solid beverage knowledge and a hands-on approach to staffing, guest experience and late-night trade.
