What You'll Be Doing

- Provide outstanding eyewear styling and optical advice tailored to each customer
n
- Dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions provided by our Optometrists
n
- Help customers select frames that suit their style, lifestyle and optical needs
n
- Build genuine relationships with patients and create an experience that keeps them coming back
n
- Support the team in delivering strong store and customer service outcomes
n
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
n
- Continue developing your knowledge of frames, lenses and optical dispensing
n

About You

n

n
- Has 1+ years' experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years' retail sales experience
n
- Is available to work Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays
n
- Is reliable and comfortable with store opening and closing responsibilities
n
- Has robust attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
n
- Is confident, proactive and communicates clearly
n
- Enjoys building trusting relationships with customers and teammates
n
- Brings a positive, friendly approach and takes pride in delivering excellent service
n
- Is interested in developing their optical knowledge and retail career
n
