About the Role

n

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide in-home support for older people and help them live safely, confidently, and independently in their own home.

n

- Preparing meals and snacks
n
- Supporting medication routines
n
- Transport to shops and appointments
n
- Social support and companionship
n
- Encouraging community participation and independence
n

n

About You

n

n
- Available at least 3 days per week
n
- Able to work independently and manage your time.
n
- Comfortable using a smartphone.
n
- Additional languages highly valued (Arabic, Bosnian, Spanish, Cantonese/Mandarin and Italian speakers
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or Aged Care
n
- Current driver's licence and a registered, insured vehicle
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
n
- Validworking rights
n
- Paid travel (kilometres)
n
- Paid training and ongoing support
n
