Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) invites applications for a People & Culture Coordinator based at our Head Office in Chadstone, Melbourne. You will support residential aged care homes across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and day-to-day HR activities, collaborating with managers and staff.
You’ll engage in culture initiatives, HR projects and system improvements while liaising with Home Managers to ensure high-quality, compliant people practices across the portfolio.
