Total Beauty Network is looking for a proactive and highly organised Brand Coordinator to join the team behind INIKA Organic and RAWW Cosmetics on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

n

This is a great opportunity for a marketer with at least 12 months’ experience who is ready to build their brand experience, take ownership of projects and gain exposure across campaigns, product development and commercial planning.

n

You’ll work alongside experienced brand leaders while coordinating campaigns, launches, photoshoots, events and day-to-day brand activity.

The chance n

As Brand Coordinator, you will:

n

n
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from briefing through to launch and reporting
n
- Keep campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholders on track
n
- Support brand communications and in-house social media activity
n
- Coordinate photoshoots, product launches and creative asset development
n
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
n
- Support NPD pipelines, forecasting, sales budgets and commercial planning
n
- Assist with presentations, POS materials and campaign assets
n
- Coordinate marketing events and trade shows, including occasional travel
n
- Organise samples, travel, documentation and other project requirements
n




- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the brand team
n
- Bring fresh ideas and look for better ways of doing things
n

About you n

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well and have the initiative to keep things moving.

n

You’ll bring:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in marketing, brand, communications or a related role
n
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
n
- A team-oriented, hands-on approach
n
- Availability to travel when required
n

n

Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG or consumer brands is highly regarded but not essential. An understanding of AI applications within marketing is also a bonus.

n
