About the Role

n

This is a hands‐on position involving the construction and installation of:

n

- Patios and pergolas
n
- Timber and composite decking
n
- Outdoor living areas
n
- Roofing and associated building work
n
- General carpentry and installation work
n

n

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship,



can think on their feet and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in roofing, decking and/or carpentry
n
- A solid understanding of general building and construction principles
n
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
n
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills
n
- The ability to follow instructions, plans and work schedules
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- A punctual, reliable and trustworthy approach to work
n
- Good communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients
n
- A positive, friendly and self‐motivated attitude
n
- A willingness to be part of a small team where everyone works together to get the job done
