THE ROLE

n

You'll run both sides of the desk: managing and placing blue-collar candidates (forklift drivers, production operators, pick packers, drivers) and hunting down new business, building relationships with companies who need great people quick. One day you're on the phone talking a candidate through their first shift, the next you're pitching a new client on why Synergy should be their go-to labour partner. It's fast-paced, it's a grind some days and a win other days, and it will never be boring.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

You don't need recruitment experience — we'll train you properly, from scratch. What you do need:

- A background in hospitality, or another people-facing, high-pressure environment
n
- Genuine personality, you can talk to anyone and mean it
n
- A real sense of urgency
n
- The ability to grind through a tough day and come back swinging the next
n
- Comfortable with computers as you'll be working across multiple systems day to day
n
- Basic maths skills, enough to get your head around GP (gross profit)



and quoting once we teach you the ropes (full training provided, no finance background needed)

- Resilience, this role has highs and lows, and we want someone who rides both without losing momentum
n
- A driver's licence, car, and full rights to work in Australia
