St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in Palliative Care, on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week). The ANUM will lead and mentor the nursing team, support bed management and daily ward operations, and work under the NUM to promote a positive team culture and secure environment.

Experience in Specialist Palliative Care nursing (3+ years) and current AHPRA registration are required, along with strong communication and change-management skills.
