Job Description

Westhaven is seeking a dedicated Caseworker in Bathurst for a 6 month fixed-term contract to support and advocate for Children and Young People living with significant disability to live life the way they choose.

As part of the role you will coordinate casework responsibilities, develop case plans, monitor wellbeing, and ensure records are maintained in a timely manner in line with NSW requirements.
