Dreamland, the leading independent South Australian Bedding Retailer since 1978, is dedicated to providing an excellent service to the community by helping South Aussie's improve their sleep experience. Due to our recent store opening, we are now seeking great sales people to join our team.

About the role

n

As a Bedding Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of high-quality bedding products. This casual position will involve assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining a well-presented retail environment. We now have positions available at our Gepps Cross location.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Greeting and assisting customers to identify their bedding needs and preferences
n
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
n
- Processing sales transactions and providing a seamless purchase experience
n
- Maintaining product displays and store appearance
n
- Selling is our primary focus; we also appreciate feedback and recommendations to enable us to enhance the customer experience
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
n
- Must have sales-focused retail experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales results. Bedding or furniture sales experience is preferred but not essential
n
- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
n
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing product displays
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills
n
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to assist customers
n
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts (can be set days), including weekends, as required
n
