With a high profile, national client base and demand for quality manufacturing and high end finishes, we are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team.

n

Based in our modern manufacturing facility in Mordialloc, you will join a diverse, talented, close-knit team with an excellent culture, focused on producing the highest quality in the Signage industry.

n

The Role

n

As a CNC Operator you will utilise your existing skills and experience, working closely with our highly skilled team of tradespeople and management.

n

The role is permanent full-time, with some overtime available. Day shift only with hours flexible for the right candidate.

n

In this dynamic and integral role, you will be focusing on:

n

n
- Operation of Multicam & Robot Systems Router including troubleshooting
n
- Creating, loading and modifying CNC programs with Enroute and Robot Systems Profiler X
n
- Loading/Unloading of machines
n
- Correct setup & maintenance of all machinery & equipment
n
- Operating a variety of industry related hand and power tools
n
- Perform thorough quality control checks on materials & products
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Liaise with supervisor to achieve daily production requirements
n




- Opportunity to learn various areas of the business including fabrication, LED wiring and general sign manufacturing
n

Your Skills and Experience:

n

Coming from a similar role, you will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:

n

n
- Experience (at least 2+ years) programming and operating as a CNC Router Operator
n
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings
n
- Experience in designing CAD drawings & optimising cutting patterns experience would be an advantage
n
- A solid sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
n
- Strong attention to detail and proactive
n
- Forklift licence preferred but not required
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n
