Barminco is seeking an experienced Trainer Site Operations to join Sunrise Dam on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. Reporting to the HSE&T; Superintendent, you will support site leadership with training delivery, workforce development and competency assessment to foster a protected, skilled workforce.
You will coordinate inductions, on-the-job assessments, and training records, promoting Barminco's safety culture and continuous improvement across underground operations.
