Job Description
MAZI Brighton has a great opportunity for a front of house person to progress their career in one of Brighton's most successful hospitality venues.
n
Must be able to work 5 days a week, 9am-3pm including both Saturday and Sunday. Must have previous cafe experience.
n
Position is for 30 hours per week.
n
Typical duties will include:
n

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
n
- Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.
n
- Providing exceptional service by answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
n
- Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
n
- Quick on your feet and abject keep calm under pressure.
n
