Job Description

RAA invites a Sales Manager, Solar & Battery to lead our Residential Sales team across Solar, Battery and EV solutions. You will drive sales growth, business development and outstanding member experiences while contributing personally to sales targets.

You will shape growth strategies, manage performance, and engage with stakeholders to expand our residential member base. This role combines leadership with hands-on selling in a hybrid West Croydon-based setting.
