Northern Health is seeking a motivated Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join the Community Therapy Services team, delivering CHSP interventions to clients aged 65 and over in centre, home and community settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, plan and implement treatment, triage waiting list, and contribute to service development across multiple campuses.
