New Role These hands-on, fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator roles are perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and working with people. You'll coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries
n
- Monitor and manage transport schedules to meet customer requirements
n
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries
n
- Handle queries, changes, and exceptions efficiently
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
n




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations
n

About You

- Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
n
- Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
n
- Sound
