What you'll be doing

- Running the show day-to-day operations across front-of-house and kitchen

- Leading, engaging, and getting the best out of your team

- Making sure every customer walks out buzzing

- Keeping on top of health, safety, and hygiene like second nature
n
- Watching the numbers and finding ways to grow sales

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar

- Leadership that people actually want to follow

- Sharp communication and a genuine passion for customer experience

- Current RSA
n
- Full working rights in Australia

- Current First Aid certificate
