BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER / GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time or Part time
REDHS is seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Business Support Officer / Governance Administrator to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, supporting organisational governance, business performance and executive office operations.
About the role
We are looking for someone who understands how organisations operate and can actively contribute to how they perform. The role will enable high quality business support and governance administration, with a key focus on streamlining and enhancing systems and processes through the use of modern technology.
What we are looking for
- Experience in governance, business administration or executive support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-focused, tech-savvy mindset, embracing new systems and AI tools
- Commercially aware with a good understanding how business functions and demonstrated confidence of working with business or performance information
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.
We are a publicly funded Small Rural Health Service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people from Rochester and surrounds.
