Destec is a leading mining contractor providing ore crushing, screening, and materials handling services to major mining sites throughout Western Australia. We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our operations team. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with strong knowledge across fixed crushing operations, who thrives in a fast-paced mining environment and is passionate about leading protected, productive crews.

About the Role

As a Crushing Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of crushing circuits while leading a small team of multidisciplinary personnel, including tradespeople and crushing operators. You will coordinate daily operational activities, monitor plant performance, manage shutdown and maintenance requirements, and ensure all work is completed in line with safety, production, and quality expectations.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, sound operational decision-making, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while maintaining high safety standards across site operations.

- Roster: 2 weeks on 1 week off (7 days, 7 nights & 7 off)

Iron ore mine site located in Northern Goldfields
- Remuneration: Competitive market rates based on experience

What you need

- Demonstrated experience in crushing operations, ideally across both fixed and mobile crushing plants.
- Previous supervisory experience leading operational and maintenance teams.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and mining operations.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen.
