Field Merchandiser – Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region

About the Role

n

As our Field Merchandiser, you will support the presentation and organisation of Sydney Tools stores across the Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region of New South Wales. Working alongside store teams, you will help maintain merchandising standards, complete display updates, and ensure products are presented correctly and attractively.

n

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable,



detail-focused, and interested in developing their skills within retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Maintain merchandising standards across allocated store locations
n
- Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines
n
- Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find
n
- Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays
n
- Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials
n
- Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays
n
- Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team
n
- Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates
n

About You

- Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
n
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
- Interest in building a career within retail merchandising
