The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our Coach team at Homebush DFO. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while embodying the Coach brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
- Support store operations including VM standards, stock management,



and replenishment
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

About You

- Previous experience in retail, premium or luxury sales preferred
- Strong passion for fashion and customer service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach
- Structured and set roster ( 37.5 hours per week)
