Penrith City Council is seeking a strategic Asset Management qualified to lead lifecycle management of the council’s building portfolio. You will drive capital works, asset renewals and maintenance to keep our community facilities safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

Develop and implement asset strategies, use data to guide funding priorities and work with stakeholders to improve performance and service outcomes.
