The Company is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer to lead a significant transformation and diversification of its service model. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving ambitious group strategies and turning them into actionable plans. This role is pivotal in championing the quality and safety of services, leading a diversification agenda, and building a high-performing executive team. The Group CEO will also be responsible for representing the company to various stakeholders, including funders, government, and the community, and must be committed to values-based, rights-based leadership.Applicants for the Group CEO position at the company should have significant senior executive experience, ideally in the disability, community, health, or human services sectors, and a robust background in leading organizational transformation and growth.



The role requires a leader with sophisticated commercial and strategic acumen, a deep understanding of the NDIS regulatory environment, and a proven ability to work with and report to a board. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, visible leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and is dedicated to building a legacy of sustainable growth and community service. Mandatory requirements include current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, and a current open Queensland driver license.
