Cleanworks Australia provides high-quality ongoing, one-off and specialist commercial cleaning solutions to businesses, schools and organisations across Australia.
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our Brisbane operation and help keep our clients happy and the Cleanworks crew running smoothly.
This is a full-time afternoon-based role, with working hours commencing from midday, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the operation and supporting sites as our afternoon and evening cleaning services get underway.
About the Role
As Operations Supervisor, you will:
Support the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of Brisbane sites
Work closely with our Operations Managers to support consistent service delivery across the Brisbane operation
Supervise, support and motivate the Cleanworks crew, contractors and site supervisors
Help grow the culture, engagement and performance of the Cleanworks crew
Support the training and development of crews through the Cleanworks All Star Training Academy
Assist with shift fulfilment and coverage, helping ensure sites are appropriately resourced
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and quality control checks
Build strong client relationships and act as a key operational contact
Support afternoon and evening site operations, including crew commencements and service delivery
Ensure services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed scopes and standards
Assist with onboarding new sites and operational improvements
Provide operational reporting and updates to management
Respond proactively to operational and client requirements across your portfolio

About You

Happy working an afternoon-based schedule commencing from midday
Ideally experienced in cleaning operations, facilities or another service-based industry
Hands-on and comfortable regularly visiting sites
In possession of a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or willing and eligible to obtain one
In possession of a valid driver’s licence and able to travel between Brisbane sites as required
