Job Description

CommTel Network Solutions in Melbourne seeks a ServiceDesk Engineer to resolve customer issues relating to communications equipment and participate in integration, installation, and testing of systems. The role also involves providing 2nd-level support as expertise grows and coordinating with vendor organisations for escalations.

You will attend customer sites to resolve issues, work independently or in a team, and ensure alignment with Service Levels in TSAs.
