Organisational Change & Communications Lead - SAP S/4HANA

An experiencedOrganisational Change Management and Communications Leadis required tolead the Solution Adoption workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Queensland Government organisation. This is a senior, hands‑on delivery role responsible for ensuring the workforce is prepared, capable and ready to adopt new systems,processesand ways of working.

You will bring together organisational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, businessreadinessand adoption activities across the SAP delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Solution Adoption workstream.
- Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy and OCM Plan.
- Integrate change activities with solution design, testing,deploymentand transition to BAU.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagementplanningand change interventions.
- Develop executive messaging, communication plans and leadership toolkits.
- Establish and manage Change Champion and Super User networks.
- Oversee Change Impact Assessments and impacto validation.
- Translate solution decisions into practical stakeholder, learningand readiness actions.
- Lead business readiness assessments and provide go-live recommendations.
- Manage organisational readiness,resistanceand adoption risks.
- Own the change-related RAID process,



working closely with the broader program team.
- Provide executive reporting, readiness dashboards and adoption insights.
- Partner with training stakeholders to coordinate learning, communications and readiness activities.
- Use data and insights to identify adoption risks, trendsand opportunities.

Skills

- Extensive experience leading organisational change across large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience across business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a large and complex organisation.
- Experience managing change risks, governance, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology and program teams.
- The ability to provide transparent, evidence-based readiness advice to senior leaders.
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate experience will be highly regarded.
- Previousgovernment experience will be advantageous.
