It’s challenging, high‑impact work — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to pull it all together.About the JobAs the Integrated Stage Works Manager, you’ll lead the strategic planning and integration of stage works across all delivery streams to ensure critical scope is sequenced, risk‑managed, and delivered within Base Track Possession Schedule windows to achieve nominated Configuration Changes.Your focus will be bringing clarity to complex staging challenges, aligning disciplines around a single forward‑looking plan, and making sure the project is genuinely ready to go when it matters.This role will be based in Beenleigh.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and integration of stage works across all delivery streamsCoordinate sequencing of critical scope to align with possession windows and access constraintsMaintain a clear, integrated strategy that supports safe and efficient brownfield deliveryEstablish and manage transparent Go / No‑Go criteria for stage executionDrive strong readiness reporting and proactive risk identificationAssess changes that impact scope, staging or possessions, and clearly articulate risk / benefit outcomesWork closely with construction, engineering, access,
