About the role

n

We are seeking experienced HC Truck Operator to join our team in the Mackay region for driving Portable Water truck.

n

This is a fulltime position. Immediate start for the successful applicant.

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a water truck, carrying out water carting duties and supporting our operations across the Mackay region.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate and maintain a water truck.
n
- Carry out water carting duties.
n
- Deliver water safely and efficiently to required locations.
n
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance requirements.
n
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
n
- Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
n




- Follow verbal and written instructions and company procedures.
n
- Work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
n
- Provide professional and reliable service to customers and the wider team.
n

Skills & Experience

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n
- Current and validHC driver's licence.
n
- Previous water truck or similar heavy vehicle experience.
n
- Experience in the transport, civil or construction industry is preferred.
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- A qualified work ethic and reliable attitude.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
n
- Current White Card is preferred.
n
- Familiarity with theMackay regionwould be an advantage, but is not essential.
n
- Ability to pass a driver medical, if required.
n
