Revit Technician/ Architect for Multi-Residential Projects
A respected Melbourne architecture studio is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their CBD studio on a 3-6 month contract.
Known for thoughtful, design-led work across a range of sectors, this established practice offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 35 people and contribute to a substantial multi-residential project.
Working closely with a Project Architect within a mid-sized project team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality documentation and supporting the project through the documentation phase. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit-skilled professional looking to join a collaborative studio and gain further experience on a significant multi-residential project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality architectural documentation using Revit
- Develop and maintain detailed drawing packages for a multi-residential project
- Work closely with the Project Architect and wider project team
- Contribute to Revit modelling, detailing and documentation coordination
- Assist with resolving technical and documentation issues throughout the project
- Support the delivery of accurate, coordinated construction documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification
- Previous experience working on multi-residential projects
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing detailed documentation
- Good understanding of Australian construction documentation and detailing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a project team
- Available to commence a 5-month contract
