Job Description

Podium, a leading AI-powered platform for local businesses, is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager in Australia. You will lead and grow an SDR team, shape outbound strategy across verticals, and drive pipeline creation to revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll coach junior reps, manage onboarding and ramp plans, and collaborate with Marketing, CX, and Partnerships to optimise go-to-market motions. This role offers uncapped commission and a up-to-date CBD office.
