Full Scope Electrical Services Pty Ltd is seeking multiple skilled and experienced Electrician/Leading Hand's to join our team.

n

Based in Minchinbury NSW, we are centrally located within the Western Suburbs and are perfectly positioned to service the entire Sydney Metro. We are continuously targeting project which best suit the locations of our workforce, to ensure work/life balance is maintained and employee's don't spend excessive time commuting.

n

As an Leading Hand @ FSES, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of electrical installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be working with a Project Manager on each project, and the delegation of tasks/responsibilities will be managed according to the particular project.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Undertaking electrical installations primarily in the commercial construction sector.

n

Liaising with FSES project managers to ensure delivery of projects.

n

Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.

n

Liaising with builders, clients and sub-contractors their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service

n

Preparing detailed work plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the timely completion of all assigned tasks.

n

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all work performed

n





Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards

n

What we're looking for

n

Formal qualification as an Electrician, with a current Electrician's licence.

n

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician, with demonstrated previous projects in the commercial construction sector.

n

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

n

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

n

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

n

A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant electrical codes and regulations

n

Proficiency in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools

n
