We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and organised Guest Experience Coordinator to help bring our events, promotions and community activities to life. This is a hands‑on role that combines guest engagement, content creation, marketing support and event execution. The position aligns with responsibilities including content capture, member engagement, social media support and promotional roll‑outs.

About the Role

As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the face of many of our club activities, interacting with members and guests while creating engaging content that showcases everything happening at Brothers.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team to:

- Engage with members and guests to gather feedback, stories and testimonials
- Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create and publish engaging social media content
- Assist with the rollout of promotions, events and member communications




- Proof marketing material and ensure accurate execution of campaigns
- Support community initiatives and sponsorship activities
- Maintain current advertising, promotional & event displays throughout the club
- Assist with reporting, promotional administration and operational marketing tasks
- Help create memorable experiences for members and guests every day

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Confidence engaging with people from all walks of life
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with social media platforms including Meta Business Suite
- Strong & comfortable understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel & Publisher, Canva, social media platforms, databases and other computer programs to support communications, reporting and promotional activities.
- Photography and video content creation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Solid organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get involved
- Eager to enter the field of Marketing & Promotions
- Enjoys a fast paced environment

Previous experience in hospitality, events, marketing, customer service or content creation will be highly regarded.

Requirements

- Current RSA and RSG
- Current Blue Card and Police Check.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays as required.
