CNH Industrial is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join on a 12-month parental leave contract. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll across Australia and Current Zealand, ensuring accurate processing, statutory reporting, and governance.

You will also support HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, HR systems administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
