About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become a Food & Beverage All-Rounder, working across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café and our Banquets & Events team.

From breakfast service and à la carte dining to conferences, weddings and special events, no two shifts are the same.

Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide warm, professional and personalised customer service to every guest
- Set up, service and pack down restaurant, conference and event spaces
- Carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple outlets to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements
- Contribute to creating memorable dining and event experiences for every guest

About You





- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
- Confident three-plate carry experience (essential)
- Flexible availability across 7 days, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- The ability to remain organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation
