Remote Personnel is currently seeking Site Administrators for upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia. These are versatile, all-rounder roles suited to individuals who are confident in site administration and willing to assist with utility tasks as needed.

Requirements:

n

Proven FIFO Site Administratorexperience – MUST HAVE

n

Experience with INX- MUST HAVE

n

Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance(no less than 3 month)

n

Rio Tinto, FMG, or BHP Inductionsare highly regarded

n

Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol testing every 28 days

n

Must also be able to do Utility work when required

n

Able to complete a PEM medical

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Travel and accommodation coordinationfor staff

n

Acting as the main point of contact for admin-related issues on-site

n

Performing utility tasks, including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and other areas

n

Supporting the camp team and adapting in a quick-paced, remote environment

n
