Campbell & Bradley Flowers is a leading supplier of fresh flowers to supermarkets across Australia. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Floral Team Member / Merchandiser to service stores throughout the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.

This is a hands-on role that combines floristry, merchandising and customer service, giving you the chance to work independently while creating stunning floral displays that delight customers every day.

n

While the primary focus of the role is merchandising and maintaining our supermarket displays, there will also be opportunities to complete a small amount of floral arranging and bouquet preparation. As Campbell & Bradley Flowers continues to grow, this role has exciting potential to evolve, with increasing opportunities for creative floral design and arrangement work.

About the Role

n

Your day will involve:

n

n
- Delivering fresh flowers to supermarket customers using a company vehicle.
n
- Creating attractive, sales-focused floral displays.
n
- Merchandising stock to maximise presentation and sales.
n
- Completing a small amount of floral arranging and bouquet preparation as required.
n
- Rotating stock and maintaining freshness and quality standards.
n
- Removing aged product and minimising waste.
n
- Building positive relationships with store teams.
n




- Ensuring stores are maintained to Campbell & Bradley Flowers' high presentation standards.
n
- Working independently while managing your daily schedule efficiently.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous experience in the floristry or floral industry (preferred).
n
- Has exceptional merchandising and presentation skills.
n
- Enjoys floral design and has a passion for creating beautiful arrangements.
n
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
n
- Enjoys working independently and being on the road.
n
- Is physically fit and capable of lifting flower buckets and cartons.
n
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
- Provides outstanding customer service.
n
- Holds a current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence with a safe driving record.
n
