Join Melbourne Health Financial Shared Services as a Payroll Systems Administrator within our specialist Payroll & Rostering Systems team. You'll support and optimise the technology that underpins payroll for more than 30,000 employees across multiple Victorian health services.

n

This is not a traditional payroll processing role. Working primarily with SAP Payroll, you'll troubleshoot system issues, support enhancements, test changes and work with stakeholders and software vendors to deliver accurate payroll outcomes.

n

Our team supports a diverse payroll and workforce management technology environment, giving you exposure to system projects, Enterprise Agreement and legislative changes, integrations and continuous improvement.

n

This role would suit someone with a strong payroll systems background who is curious, analytical and keen to deepen their SAP Payroll expertise and build a long-term career in payroll technology.

Key responsibilities

n

- Support and maintain SAP Payroll configurations and employee data structures
n
- Assist with testing for Enterprise Agreement changes, legislative updates and system enhancements
n




- Investigate payroll system issues and identify practical solutions
n
- Support payroll compliance through accurate system configuration and validation
n
- Develop reports and data extracts using SAP and Excel
n
- Create and maintain user guides, procedures and testing documentation
n
- Provide system support and advice to stakeholders across the organisation
n

About You

n

You are a payroll systems professional who brings:

n

n
- Experience with SAP Payroll or similar enterprise payroll systems
n
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, awards and enterprise agreements
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience supporting system users and building effective stakeholder relationships
n
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity
n
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
n
- Experience with system testing, upgrades or payroll projects, highly regarded
n
