We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Packing Operator to take ownership of our dispatch area and ensure every order leaves our factory safely, accurately and to the highest standard.

This is a quick-paced role that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
n
About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets ready for transport.
n
- Wrapping and securing freight to prevent damage during transit.
n
- Completing a final quality inspection before every order is dispatched.
n
- Identifying and reporting any defects, damage or missing items before they leave the factory.
n
- Ensuring orders are correctly labelled and matched to dispatch paperwork.
n
- Loading and unloading trucks when required.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispatch area.
n
- Working closely with our production team to ensure customer deadlines are met.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or manufacturing.
n
- Experience packing products for freight with a high level of care.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
n
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Physical fitness suitable for manual handling.
n
- A current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
n
