A Support Worker assists a customer to become more independent, in their own home and in the community, with responsibilities including personal care, medication administration, and community participation.

The role requires versatile shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers and weekends), strong communication, and a current NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid.
