About You:

n

We're looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience (for qualified trades roles)
n
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n




- The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
n
- A desire to be part of a professional, close‐knit team

- Familiarity with PPG Paint system (highly regarded)
n
- Ability to interpret & follow OEM procedures accurately
n
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
- Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming.
n
- Apply paint, basecoat, and clearcoat to a high standard.
n
- Mix and match colours accurately for seamless finishes.
n
- Inspect, polish, and buff completed work for quality control.
n
- Maintain spray equipment, booths, and tools.
n
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- Experience with spray guns, paint systems, sanding, and finishing.
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
n
- Excellent colour matching and blending ability.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent apprenticeship.
n
- Relevant work experience in a professional panel and paint shop.
